John Deere e-Invoice
e-Invoice allows John Deere suppliers to submit invoices using a web based interface. Only select John Deere units serviced by John Deere Accounts Payable Shared Services can use this e-Invoice tool.

Note: A JDSN User Name and Password is not required for e-Invoice You will need specific information from the John Deere purchase order (View sample PO) Do not mail paper invoice to APSS as it will delay payment processing All invoices submitted after 4:00 p.m. (central standard time) will be processed as the next business day		View invoice status by entering: E-mail address used by invoice submitter Supplier code provided via email verification when submitted Invoice number
