Electronic Funds Transfer
By signing up for electronic funds transfer (EFT), you can help eliminate the lengthy paper process of getting paid. EFT is only available to suppliers who bank in the US and in US Dollars. To sign up for EFT, follow these two easy steps and you'll be ready to receive your electronic payments quickly and efficiently from all John Deere units.
  1. Complete two quick online forms - an EFT agreement and supplier payment profile.
  2. Choose one of two ways you'd like to receive your remittance advice
    • CTX - John Deere can send remittance advice & payment to your bank with the bank notifying you of the remittance advice.
    • CCD+ - John Deere can send payment to your bank and notify you with the EDI - 820 remittance advice transaction via our third-party network provider, Sterling Commerce. Technical Details

 

Note: If you choose option 2, you must be capable of receiving version 4010 of the 820 transaction set.
