Why can't I find my invoice?
Some 3PLs only submit invoices once a week. The invoice may not have been submitted to Deere yet.

Invoices that do not pass a series of audits are rejected by Deere back to the 3PL.

How is the payment due date determined?
The payment due date is calculated by the 3PL that processes the invoice and sends it to Deere. The payment due date is typically calculated by adding 10 days to the invoice date.


Who do I contact for questions about a freight invoice?

When will I get paid for invoice xxxxxx?
Payment should be received by the Bill Due date shown on the invoice. If the invoice was received after the bill due date it should be paid within 4 working days.
