5. >92% performance against the criteria for Quality, Delivery, Technical Support, Cost Management, and Wavelength
Zero Warranty Claims
Improving Warranty performance, <2% warranty to sales ratio
Zero Failures per machine, for each John Deere product line
Approved Quality Plans, for 100% of all parts supplied to John Deere, prior to the first production date or affectivity date. This may include; control plans, gage R&R, ISIR, capability study, material certification, FMEA's, sample parts, as required.
Eliminate Warranty Claims. Work with John Deere Supply Management, Quality, and Product Development to permanently get to the root cause, implement corrective actions, and eliminate customer warranty problems.
